The British boxer will face Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two time world heavyweight champion Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mentality
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Civil Interaction
Despite those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather attacked former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British rival Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he remarked.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Commercial Success
However, the relative newcomer continues to be one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, consistently making substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As the two fighters participated in the customary face-off, with their size difference evident, it drove home just how unlikely this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is really proceeding.
